This is due to the fact that The Dutch law gives protection to the landlord only when the contract is written in the official language of The Netherlands. You can easily use Google Translate to translate the contract. We are also happy to answer any of your questions to make sure you understand well the contents the contract.
Are there any fees for the tenant?
Hausing service is completely free for the tenants. There are also no administrative or hidden fees.

Who do I call if something is broken in the property?
